I'm here to support you on your individual journey to uncover your own gifts and find playfulness, happiness, and abundance, so you can enjoy life to its fullest with the infinite support of the universe on your side.
I don't believe anyone needs to be "healed.” You simply need the space and support to clear what’s blocking your body’s natural ability to heal itself.
Through various modalities, I help you uncover the layers and blocks that may be keeping you from authentically being you.
I’ve been fortunate to travel to some incredible places and meet amazing teachers and mentors along the way. I’m a certified yoga teacher, Integrative Health Coach, and Reiki Level 2 practitioner, but I feel the real magic goes much deeper. I’ve studied breathwork, somatic movement, shamanic healing, holistic medicine, and nutritional healing across many traditions.
My own spiritual journey began through a long history of autoimmune issues and "mystery" ailments that seemed to be never-ending. What started as a pattern in childhood intensified when I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease at age 18. I was tossed from doctor to doctor and given various medications and injections that never fully worked. In college, I started practicing yoga in my dorm room to maintain my mental sanity and joined a meditation group on campus, all the while still partying and believing the doctors were right that “nothing I ate, drank, or did would change me and I'd be stuck like this forever.”
One year into this madness, I had a "moment" during yoga where I found myself reconnecting with my body and trusting that I had the answers within me. I was drawn to the library, where I was guided to a book called "Breaking the Vicious Cycle, Intestinal Health through Diet" by Elaine Gottschall. This book was written before I was born, and yet none of my doctors had ever heard of it or suggested anything about diet, other than “eat less fruits/veggies and more white bread/pasta,” which felt counterintuitive. I discovered a holistic health practitioner and nutritionist who were actually interested in helping me reclaim my health, stopped my aggressive immunosuppressants and other medications, and dove down a path to heal myself with food.
Food has always been a huge part of my life. I grew up a picky eater but was fortunate to have a mom who was a nutritionist and dad a chef, leading me to develop a love for baking before I cuold read. That said, I never believed in compromising my taste buds for health, so I embarked on a mission to make healthy, healing foods taste good, a passion of which has served me and others very well. Over a decade later, I can safely say I'm medication-free, healthy, and happy, all driven by the healing power of food and intention.
After following more of these intuitive "nudges" I began to believe more in the magic of listening and learning. Through being open to guidance and connecting deeper with plants, nature, and all of the support that surrounds us, I found things began to come effortlessly. I overcame the Western belief that working harder equates to success, and while I do continue to work hard, I found it less taxing to do so from a place of truth. I successfully passed my CPA tests in 3 months, a feat that typically takes 1+ years, and continued to pursue my passion for learning. I found myself deepening my love for yoga, expanding my knowledge of holistic healthcare, and going on to get various certifications in these to share with others. Through living in this alignment and listening to my own intuition, my life has been completely transformed.
Why did I share all this about me? Because wherever you are coming from, know that you too can access your intuition and allow life to be easy. It doesn't have to be exhausting, anxiety-ridden, or stressful. IT CAN BE EASY. I am here to help you connect deeper and learn skills to balance your own energy field and find the support you need to thrive.
I truly believe we are all here for a purpose and have the innate ability to heal ourselves and others and am honored to support people on their journey to do just that.
